Payment
Payment is collected after service completion by UPI, card, bank transfer or cash. Commercial contracts follow the billing schedule in the agreement.
Inspection charges
Residential inspections are paid. Commercial and factory inspections are free.
Cancellations
Cancel before the technician is dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may attract a visit charge.
Refunds
If a service was paid in advance and not delivered, the full amount is refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. Where a treatment does not work, we provide a re-treatment within the service period instead of a refund.
